On receiving your details, a helpful Lodge sales team member will call you within 24 hours to check these details and confirm the date and time of your visit. They will also confirm directions to the Park and answer any initial questions you may have.
The day of your visit is finally here! Arrive at the Park and go to the Owners Exclusive Reception. You’ll be met by one of our experienced team members who know everything about the Park, the surrounding area and what it means to be a Holiday Home Lodge Owner! You’ll then take a fun and informative Park tour, finding out more about the Park, experiencing the facilities, meeting the team and having all your questions answered.
You'll be shown the Park's exclusive lodge development, as well as viewing the range of luxury Holiday Home Lodges available, each one beautifully designed and tailored for an effortless Ownership experience.
Bring proof of your address and signature with you to your visit just in case. This will speed up the process if you decide you want to join us. The paper work is carried out on the Park - becoming an Owner is simpler than you think. This is confirmed in a welcome meeting for each new Owner with the Park's General Manager.
